The cardio training range includes cross trainers, treadmills and rowing machines, so you’re bound to find your favourite way to burn those calories and build up your stamina.

Other PRECOR gym equipment varies from resistance machines, such as the leg press, lat pull down and ab curl to the cable machines.

We also have a spacious free weights and functional training area. Here you’ll find dumbells, barbells, benches and sandbags just to name a few.
